Hi
Opponent seemed very loose aggressive and had pushed me off a few large pots already. How differently would you have played this, im pretty sure that against a good player i would be beat this deep, fortunately i wasnt (beat that is) after calling his cr on the flop i felt pretty much committed. At the time i thought he would probably cr me on that flop with some unmade hands just because it was unlikely i hit it. His pot committing bet on the river was a little scary but it made 7s less likely so just jacks and overpairs to worry about. I didnt shove the flop cr as i thought only a better hand would call but at the same time i dont think im folding this hand anyway. Any other better approaches here like shove to his cr on the flop to fold out aces and over cards but probably keep in the flush draws, or see a card to see if he bluffs again if you have decided you are getting it all in anyway, how often would you fold to his cr on the flop, this player i believe was lag? How would you work out the best line on the fly?

Starting from the raise on flop, you are really only beating a bluff. You need to decide how often you think he is bluffing and how often he will barrel the turn and/or the river if applicable. This is completely villain dependent so you really need to use your own judgment on this one.
Standard would be to fold on the flop because you have very poor equity vs 7 or J and only mediocre equity against a flushdraw, but against someone that is bluffing you non-stop calling him down can be ok.
thanks for the response, i guess this one was villain dependent and i had a pretty good read that he was fos just by the fact he had potted pretty much every hand so far.
