I have no reads on villain, and I really thought that time his range is full of jacks and very little weighted on bluffs, I don't know if it's the best play.
I would tend to raise his continuation bet and then lead the turn
On the river you are losing to every ace except A5 and A4, losing to any Jx, and 54. River bet isn't accomplishing very much. Readless I don't think betting is that good, and I'm not even sure check/calling is that good because the only worse hands he can show up with are KQ/KT/QT(which probably check back instead) and complete air. Hard for him to even call with the 99 there, which is about the only type of hand you can value bet against. Even if you usually have a jack when you bet this spot, he isn't folding an ace.

Not a big fan of the call pre but i guess if you're comfortable with playing this opponent OOP it's OK. I would lead this turn a lot though simply because it's a turn where it is unlikely for him to barrel and you can get value from worse. As played I would probably c/c river this early just because them sometimes show up with random stuff and our hand is kind off underrepresented IMO. Don't like leading the river at all because I don't think villain will call with worse pretty much ever
