Not really a slow roll, but an annoying way to get beat. Unless you were playing Bob Costas, you can probably live without the commentary, but a slow roll is typically a lot more vindictive (e.g., running his time bank all the way down and then calling you with the nuts, especially after you have had any contentious hands or chat).
It might have been me! LolI would not slow roll anyone, but if a guy has been impolite, I might write in the chat smtg similar, like bad timing.Coversely if had a friendly chat and we get it all in I will wish you good luck.

I think people make too much of this stuff, if you're playing live then I can see how some people might get upset, even then it might be poor etiquette but there's not really much you can do about it.
