That's actually a big step, it's the one that I've struggled with, I've never really tilted much from beats, however when I make a move I end up not liking well I've been known to steam a little, LOL, however by paying less and less attention to individual results this I've gotten a good handle on all of this. I guess the next step for you is winning a match and not playing that great and getting more upset about one of these than a well played losing match ;)At least when you're tilting based upon your own play you're focusing it in a more productive way :)Ultimately what you want to do is, instead of looking at your bankroll you're looking at longer term ROI where a match or two won't even be noticable.
Ya just had sets cracked twice today. No problem. Made some bluffs that really paid off and some that didn't. About the only thing that is really annoying me know is when guys fold when I have AA or KK not, when they get cracked.
