What is your question? Just

What is your question? Just posting a hand makes no sense without giving us more information about your reading and thinking process? Do you want to know if you should 3-bet the flop or value donk on the turn or river? I think the way you played it is fine, but some more information would be very useful.

Unless this guy has been

Unless this guy has been passive all game then im just 3betting this on the flop and getting it in. Unless you have a read that says he is willing to limp/call with Q3/Q4/43

Yes, as presented without further reads, I would agree with puminator and I think you need to 3B big/get it in.

Your hand is so strong on the

Your hand is so strong on the flop against basically any range, I think you lose too much value by flat calling and not reraising. If you're in position a flat call to the raise makes more sense, then you can still allow him to bluff while betting the turn if he checks to you. But here you're OOP, and by flat calling and checking to him, you basically gave him two free cards after he made a raise and you don't have a hand that really benefits from free cards.  Your hand is actually vulnerable to plenty of draws beating it on later streets or killing action from weaker pairs.
