4 Man vs 2 Man's - ROI

Hey all,I mainly play 4 mans on Full Tilt, and was wondering about the amount of games and ROI. I can't understand how it works with the amount of games. Because there are 2 games to get through on 4 mans, does my hourly suffer? At first I didn't think it would, and that I could get a higher ROI, but surely the ROI is only tracked per amount I put in, so because I have to get through 2 games to reach the money, do I lose in the long term? Thanks for any help-Jay

Yeah I understand that 4 mans

Yeah I understand that 4 mans might be better because of rake and 2 mans might be better because there is no waiting time, but what I was refferring to was the ROI. In a 4 Man match, surely I would need double the ROI, because it is done on my investment, and I pay half as much in 2 matches in one 4 Man, as I do in the same amount of time playing 2 matches in a 2 man (Only pay say $6 in the 4man, but 12 in total for the 2 mans, so if my roi was 15% in the 4 man, I would receive 0.90c where as for 10% roi in the 2 mans, I get $1.20). Is this correct?Hope that makes sense-Jay

It's ok, ive realised my mistake. If my ROI is 10% in the 2mans, then it should be double in the 4mans because im playing twice as many games (I think). So it would just save me money.-Jay

Hourly is likely to be lower

Hourly is likely to be lower in 4-mans only because they run less often.Basically, a 4-man is entering a $x tournament, and then if you win, being forced to enter a $2x tournament, against a $x player, with no rake. That's a great proposition.
