Ok so villain was pretty much standard for this level...however I had kinda hard time deciding whether to fold or try to raise him. On one hand I know that these villains will let us know about their hand immediately...on the other hand I play quite aggresive so I would expect him to wait for me to bet if he caught the flush. What would you do?

I wouldn't be so quick to

I wouldn't be so quick to assume that he would wait for you to bet with a strong hand just because you're aggressive. That's even a questionable assumption when facing weaker players at $60-100 type levels, so at the $3s I wouldn't anticipate that he's going to be able to read into your strategy and think of an effective counter in situations like this.
I think folding is fine here, especially if he hasn't shown any reason to think that he has a non flush type hand here. A lot of players will sort of blindly play value hands "I hit a strong hand, time to bet" on turns and rivers, so if he hasn't been bluffing or aggro or anything I wouldn't even think about raising here, it is likely worse than folding.
