I don't like these NAI 4b vs small NAI 3b.
Either flat or ship it.
No one 4b NAI as a bluff in hypers @ $7 (or any stakes I'm pretty sure) so you're not fooling anyone by taking such a transparent line.
When he flats pre, he's probably playing for implied value vs your overt nutted range => which this flop doesn't help much at all unless he flopped a FD which you have a blocker to.
He's almost never continuing on this flop regardless of what size you bet => your sizing is fine in the hope that in flopped a FD and will mistakenly ship it vs your range.
You will almost certainly get better value by flatting or shipping pre imo.
