This is pretty tough. Given that you have a big edge vs this player, and you're going to get paid when you hit a massive hand, I think 3-betting is essentially building a pot when you're most likely flipping (except when he calls with the 43 :P ) . I'd probably look for a better spot to play for stacks, especially as he hasn't folded to a 3-bet yet and he's 3xing and you're OOP.
just flat preflop. if you were a little shallower, jamming pre is the best option. 66 is a horrible hand to play if you have a station IP. you never know where you´re at.
I'd just flat there, or at least jam if you're going to 3b. You're putting yourself in a really difficult/awkward spot by 3betting here. As played I'd prob just fold turn as any draw has decent equity against you i.e. 1. A straight draw and two overs 2. A flush draw and sometimes two overs (although 4c3c was the exception here). I don't hate the call as I find a lot of players at these stakes shut down on paired boards so you can probably take a lot of Jx out of his range. I think I'd fold for sure if he has a reasonably high F3B.
