Limp pre is good w 98o against the vast majority of player types at 13bb. Limp/call is fine, esp given the fact he's a little more aggro than the average recreational.

Why did you not list 'call' as an option on the flop? 

I doubt you get many folds with a raise and your equity isn't great vs the range that calls you, so I think your choices are between flatting and folding. If you do happen to raise, definitely jam with so few chips behind.

I think calling is best. You are only calling t60 into a pot after called of t300, so you should improve enough on turns combined with the times villain checks the turn and you get to see a free river.

I'm not a big fan of blanket statement-type "rules" for poker, but a pretty reasonable one is: If you are in a big pot and the recreational player was the preflop aggressor, don't bluff :)
