It is close and doesn't really matter what you do.

I think I like checking best but I would bet this hand more than 0% of the time.

Shove preflop. (I guess

Shove preflop. (I guess villain is a random) If you don't, then t25-t30 bet turn. You are probably ahead, have some outs if not, and you fold out his equity share.
