I guess calling is fine as he does not represent much. And honestly, this is a very rare spot, so it should not have very big impact on your winrate no matter how you decide on the river.

At the low level there are a lot of this kind of player and it is really necessary play straightforward.
I advise you to read Mersenearry's free ebook. I know, it is not the newest product on the market, but you can still find a ton of useful information there. It is located right here on husng.com. Unfortunately I cannot post a link for some reason. But you should find it easily.
You should focus on more frequent spots: defending BB, playing IP, cbetting IP... and ton of other stuff.
