Hes gona pay you off with jack x or a bluffcatcher more often than he checks 9x to you on the river.
A lot of the time he will just be check folding with this line with his no showdown range that probed the turn and gave up river.

I think you get bluff raise more than value raised too, so I call a raise here, especially with a half pot or smaller bet (it's inducing, to an extent).
Are we calling a check jam here @ $15's? Check jam is seldom a bluff at $1.5's or $3.50's. Id be interested to see the result of this hand, if you don't mind. Also what's his no showdown range in this spot ? Q8, 108, 107, 78 with the Q and 10 being clubs?
