H2Olga Jumps Out To Early Lead
February 11th, 2012 - H2Olga and mtvdeuem began a hyper turbo battle yesterday. H2Olga came out ahead with a 100-95 record. The challenge is a first to 500 wins and the players are two tabling hyper turbo games at the $1,000 level and they each also made a side bet of $20,000.
The challenge takes place on PokerStars, where H2Olga plays under his "Lotte Lenya" alias against Slovenian community leader Matej "mtvdeuem" Cepon. H2Olga is the nephew of Dutch chess Grandmaster Jan Timman. Mtvdeuem has a blog in his native language with english language translations to follow in the near future.
You can find a few hands from day 1 action in our new high stakes hand rail forum.
228-213 after Day 2, H2Olga leads.
do work H2!
ty for the update, is there a link on 2p2 to follow some more comments?
go go go Čepon, win it for Slovenia!!!!!!! ;) :D
I didn't see it on 2p2. Make a thread there if you wish too, I'll cross post updates if that happens, it's usually late morning or early afternoon around their finishing time I think (assuming they play the same times each day roughly).
Ty Ryan, I asked you because seemed strange that 2p2 didn't know anyhing about it... the husng has a lot of duels but I didn't see anything about this one
270-248 in H2Olga's favor after day 3.
Go go mtvdeuem! you can win this :)
H2Olga accepted a buyout from MTVdueum yesterday, so H2Olga wins (last count two posts before this was the final count I believe).
299-266 was final
