Pre is fine, on the flop it really is a matter of reads i think, you should defenately check-raise him once he bets, but the sizing is the tricky part, I would propably c/r to 100 or just jam it depending of the opponent. I propably would c/r to 100 still. The turn is fine as played, but the river is just so bad. Your bet accomplishes nothing, better hand won't fold and a worse hand won't call. You should check river, and if he jams, your in a sick spot, but I think it's a fold readless given that the average $7 opponent wouldn't likely turn his small poker pairs or Kx, 5x type of hands into a bluff. The river will be highly player dependent, if you have reads that he's capable of bluffing in this type of spot, I think it's a snap call, if you have history with him and he's not capable of doing this then I think it's an super easy fold. Readless I fold allday.
