Did I play this well? Should I cbet the flop? Should I 3bet bigger?

I would make a larger raise

I would make a larger raise size here. When you're 3betting non premium here, do you always make it 210? I would go at least 240-280 here for the value and not to tip your hand by playing it different than most sizes.
Given your passive line (which I'm not hating on by the way), I would really call the turn and river here. He could very well have Qx in this situation, and of course a bluff. Ax is certainly in his range, and the common one you'll see when you lose here, but he's giving you good enough odds while still having Qx and cheap bluffs in his range to make the call worthwhile.
