Villain had been donking into flops, figured I'd try raising him here since it's a pretty dry flop. Better to call with Q-high and some showdown value or just fold? Also, thoughts on river? Poker Stars $5.00+$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t10/t20 Blinds - 2 players

Hand 1: This looks fine to me. A raise on the turn could also be reasonable depending on what you think he calls the flop with, what you think he leads the turn with, and how this range reacts to a turn raise.
Hand 2: This looks fine to me prior to the river. The river I think is actually pretty close because there isn't much he can bluff you with here. If you think that he can be betting here with worse then definitely call. If you think that he would check down the 9 here but might bet JX or TX this small then I'd lean towards a fold (and want to throw up). You need to win this a little under 14% (150 to call divided by the 1080 pot if you win it). Whether you are above or below this line depends on what you think his range is.
Thanks for that xSCWx, that river bet was very vomit-inducing.
