This is the 3rd hand of the match and I haven't played with this opponent before so I was readless. What do you think about my play? Should I be calling on the river?

Snap fold IMO. You beat nothing(except bluffs) when he takes this line.
River donk-jams/overbets are usually very strong hands. Also, not very much draws have missed, tbh I dont see any possible draw on the flop that calls two streets and then donk jams the river when he misses. Maybe some 3 5 type of hands but even fish tend to fold this to a preflop raise. So yea, this is always two pair at least.
Even most queens have you beat since you basically have no kicker. Also look at the pot-odds he's giving you. You need to be right very large percentage of the time when he takes this line, and I doubt he's bluffing here very often.
That being said this is an easy fold.
Also, bet bigger on the flop, fish tend to play back at you more when you bet 30 into 80, as opposed when you bet 35 or 40 (or even 32) into 80. Bet bigger on the turn. You're looking to get max value when you turn a top pair. I would bet 95 OTT. River is an easy fold obv.
Thx for your answer :) but did you miss the fact that I didn't cbet the turn and he didn't donk on the river, villain donked OTT and barreled on the river. Would you still give the same advice?
Wow, I guess I have misread the hand a bit.
This is so weird when he donk leads the turn. If we had a better queen (lets say QT+) I wouldn't mind a raise for value and GII OTT when he donks like this.
Given that our queen is weak and can't really stand a jam if we raise his donk-bet, I don't mind your call, keeping his bluffs in, whereas if we raise his donk we fold out all of his bluffs (and believe me, fish tend to bluff and spew like this often).
It's still very hard to put him on a reasonable range when he donks the turn though. Jack or queen is possible, even some weird two pair combos, and even some turned straightdraws, and some flush draws (but those are few imo).
But still , when he overbet jams like this on the river, it's still a fold imo. Our queen is just too weak, and there are some draws that just got there and 2 pair combos also, and given the pot odds I just think we can't call here profitably without further reads. We just need reads that he's a spewtard idiot to make this call profitable.
So, it's still an easy fold imo.
