Did I play this well? Villain has been min betting a lot on flops, turns and rivers. I'm pretty sure he's a fish/not so good of a player.
Here's one example hand of his play:
PokerStars - $6.71+$0.29|10/20 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
SB: 1,510
Hero (BB): 1,490
SB posts SB 10, Hero posts BB 20
Pre Flop: (pot: 30) Hero has 6 2
SB raises to 40, Hero calls 20
Flop: (80, 2 players) A A 6
Hero checks, SB bets 20, Hero raises to 70, SB raises to 120, Hero calls 50
Turn: (320, 2 players) T
Hero checks, SB bets 20, Hero calls 20
River: (360, 2 players) Q
Hero checks, SB bets 20, Hero calls 20
[Villain shows: A9]

So here's the actual hand I wanted to ask about, did I play this well?:
PokerStars - $6.71+$0.29|20/40 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
BB: 1,970
Hero (SB): 1,030
Hero posts SB 20, BB posts BB 40
Pre Flop: (pot: 60) Hero has T Q
Hero raises to 80, BB raises to 120, Hero calls 40
Flop: (240, 2 players) Q 4 A
BB bets 240, Hero calls 240
Turn: (720, 2 players) 3
BB bets 220, Hero calls 220
River: (1,160, 2 players) 6
BB bets 340, Hero folds
I really don't think that this sort of semi passive villain is capable of barreling 3 times with air on this kind of board and the river non all in bet was just so fishy that I had to fold. What do you guys think?
If he hasn't been 3betting and hasn't bluffed I think this is good enough. But odds are so good, if he's been out of line at all or done some weird bluffs or played big value in a different way 1-2x (first example hand kind of shows he's played big value differently, but I'd probably want another instance in a single game), then it can easily be a call. Beat a lot is a given, but you can be beat a lot but still be better off calling than folding.
