Hi,
Recognise villain from when I was playing regularly a few months ago.
Back then I found him solid but predictable.
This is early in the 2nd game I've played against him this evening. I lost the 1st game in a few hands in a pretty standard cooler.
Poker Stars No Limit Hold'em Tournament - 10/20 Blinds - 2 players

BTN/SB: t1860 93 BBs
Hero (BB): t1140 57 BBs
Pre Flop: (t0) Hero is BB with Ts Td
BTN/SB raises to t40, Hero raises to t120, BTN/SB calls t80
Flop: (t240) 9d Qd Qc (2 players)
Hero bets t140, BTN/SB calls t140
Turn: (t520) 6d (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets t1600, Hero ????
I've paused it here but would appreciate thoughts on all streets as I had this and a similar hand later where I just felt completely lost.
Thanks
If he's a reg this is always value due to the silly overbet. Qx, I would think rather than the flush.
OK, we block the flush, but I don't see a reg outright jamming a flush here.
If he's a recreational it's harder in theory since he could have 9x. But I think I'd still fold. He'd have 2 be really fishy to play 9x or worse like this, I wouldn't normally expect to see it. I guess you might see the ace of diamonds is all?
