About downswing in regular HU

Yesterday and today i played around 30 matches and got 11 buy-ins downswing at 10,5$ regular speed HU.I got nervous very quickly, not because the sum that i lost, but because the way i lost it.Every time get sucked on the river,AK vs A9,hit the 9 and so on.I think 85% I push with best hand on a coin flip. But i know this is just poker. My big problem is that I quickly get very nervous after some stupid coins and I think I don't play my A-game for the rest of the session. How do you control this bad runs?Is a normal downswing 11 buy-ins in 2 days?Sometimes I feel I loose my confience.

I think I had a 10BI

I think I had a 10BI downswing at one point yesterday. It happens. You just need to suck it up and move on. You make money in poker one game at a time, not "the worst downswing I can see in my graph" at a time. If you keep working on improving your game and you keep playing games, you will make money. If you have a bad enough downswing to start to stretch your bankroll or one that makes you think you might be losing at the stakes (like 20BI if you don't have winning results there already) then you might want to consider moving down.

If you are a member here and watching videos then I really don't see any way that you could not have an edge on these opponents. Just move on and try not to let it get to your head.

It's not about my BR,I

It's not about my BR,I always play at confortable levels with many buy'ins l,it's about a nervous mental state.Maybe it's natural variance, but it's not only, because after 3 lost coins where are 60-80% favourite and your opponent hits 4'th or 5'th street,or after some bad beats there appears a kind of tilt and start to not play my A-game.11 buy-ins downswing is a big one(i think) in regulars HU for 2 days, but is not huge.I think,at some point is part of the game, because a player who puts volume will face any parts of the game(and i think variance is a big part of HU).My problem is to stay focus at the game after some loses and play my A-game without thinking about how many buy'ins I lost.I think I have to work at my psihological poker profile :))

Even with a very good

Even with a very good winrate these swings are going to happen. Nothing you can do only try not to tilt and focus on learning to increase your winrate and edge the best you can.

I have a problem where when I am at the peak of my graph I feel like I can take anyone :) but as soon as variance catches up and I have a little swing I lose confidence in my game...but when I sit back and think about things correctly I should know that it's normal and I should not worry but just try and get better.
