Villain raises to $60 on 10/20 when eff stacks are ~800 and we have AJo. I think we are too deep to shove, and flatting here is bad. Is AJ a good hand for a go? And when you set him up for a go, you're trying to get the pot about the size to match the stacks on the flop right? So do you advocate over3betting?
To make a pot compared with your stack, you have to raise like 280 chips, which is almost 5X of villain's initial raise. Dont think you will get called often after such big reraise.
I think that 40bb stack is too deep to play G-G, and dont understand why not 3bet to 160-180 chips, and especially why flat call is bad. I mean AJo is not a very big hand and you are not obliged to play on stack with it, when you are 40bb deep.
