Am i a winning player?

Hi everyone, Kind of a new member here. I have had quite some succes in poker over the last few years but since a few months i am struggling. I want to stick with HU SNG since headsup is really what i like to play most but i'm not sure if i'm a winning player anymore. I feel i'm in a terrible downswing but i have a lot to blame myself for as well. What is eating me is whether i'm playing a winning style at all... the variance is hard to take if you are not sure it will be allright somewhere in the future. I taped myself playing 2 $22's. What i mainly want to know is whether you think i can beat the $22's. Note i need a 55% for breakeven at betfair. If you have any other comments or criticism i am ofcourse very open to hear them. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NSYXZIEB

it sounds worse then it is i think including rakeraces i am around 77% rakeback. so i pay around 70 cents per $20 HUSNG whereas on stars i would have to regrind to supernova to attain that since i let that expire. Given that the playerbase is from my experience slightly weaker i think the choice is not necessarily a huge leak. you have to put in big volume in a month though or it is a really bad site to play at, i admit that.

FTP would be $1 rake at the

FTP would be $1 rake at the $22 level.  With 27% rakeback you would start at 73 cents in rake payment. That doesn't include a few extra % for FTP pts or any Iron man considerations that high grinders get.Ultimately though, I think it's flawed to compare FTP to Ipoker.  You have a site like Carbon that offers 35% rakeback, so you're at 65 cents on the dollar already, and for low to mid stakes players those games are at least equally as soft as Ipoker. That's not to say anybody is dumb for playing Ipoker or that it is a ripoff.  I don't agree with either of those viewpoints, I would just suggest people at low stakes play at a place like Carbon before Ipoker and people at higher stakes probably use FTP or Stars as their main playing site.Supplementing high stakes action with smaller sites that have less action is also a decent idea, but those games are probably too sporadic to make up a full grinding schedule.  I'm not sure where Ipoker stands at high stakes games, action wise and softness.
