Hero (BB): 930 (18.6 bb)

SB: 2,070 (41.4 bb)



Preflop: Hero is BB with A of spades T of clubs

SB raises to 150, Hero raises to 930 and is all-in, SB folds



Results: 300 pot

Hero mucked A of spades T of clubs and won 300 (150 net)

 

is my 3b jam  ATo +ev with18.6bb?

i wouldnt fold this hand @18.6bb

so which actiong is better?3b or 3b jam?

i think 3b  jam is better,if i 3b and get called,and my hand cant hit flop board,i cant go on this hand

I like the 3bet jam here,

I like the 3bet jam here, especially vs the 3x raise. A little deeper and vs a minraise, then a non all in (NAI) 3bet would be more appropriate. You can sometimes 3bet NAI shorter than 20bb vs a minraise too, but I'd always jam vs a 3x in most realistic situations.
