Looks like a standard value jam to me. You get enough value from worse, and you really cherish the times he has Q9 ;)
But in all seriousness, I think you capitalize on villain's mistakes with this line, and avoid putting yourself in some troubling spots on the turn.

Reading your reply then re-reading the hand history this is a clear jam.
I had 2 overs + OESD vs a range comprised of mostly [Jx + draws] with basically no money behind to even consider calling for implied value.
I was probably being too results oriented having lost the hand when I posted this. The decision isn't even that close.
