If you're trying to use a credit or debit card, I am guessing that paypal may not accept those options from Iceland. I can't think of any other reason your country would not be listed, as a few other uses from different countries have had the same problem.
If you can deposit money with a credit or debit card onto paypal (I believe this is free) you can do a paypal xfer to pay for the video subscription.
You can also try getting a friend or relative to order the subscription for you, as they may be able to use a credit or debit card in their country/place of residence.

I could deposit money to paypal with my credit card, but wasn't able to pay with it (paypal) for membership.
Which country were you from?
Some countries may have to manually send money to membership@husng.com on paypal then get their account turned on via email contact with us.
