My problem was resolved within minutes once I contacted husng.

Your payment is pending (reason given by paypal).
This is normal and usually clears within 24 hours (unless it is an echeck method of payment through paypal, those take 3-5 days usually).
The system should automatically activate your membership once the payment is cleared.
