Have pretty strong read that this is a bluffy fishy player after 28 hands.
BUT can I call the river bet profitably here?
Is there a better way to play the hand?

I would consider jamming preflop with your hand at 8bbs.
His line looks kinda strong otherwise. There are some big hands that get made on the turn and/or river. You do hold a blocker to some of the draws, but there still remains plenty of strong hand combinations for this line to take.
