What is villain's likely range when he flats NAI 3b pre then flat calls cbet in 3b pot on A99 r ?
I can only imagine he binked with something like T9s, J9s.
But that's a pretty damn narrow range.
Any advice welcome.

i would like to share the way i would play it. It may not be optimal but i am just putting out my thoughts.
After the cbet on the flop, i will 2nd barrel on the turn.
There is a possible chance that your inaction on the turn indicated weakness to villian, and thus he was able to make a calculated shove at the river.
If i face resistance at the turn, i will shut down.

Problem with a turn barrel is: what is calling a flop cbet and then folding to a turn barrel?
Maybe Kx at a stretch (but Ax is a pretty overt part of a perceived 3b range and even Kx would feel uncomfortable continuing here possibly drawing dead).
I'm ahead of Kx anyway and behind the rest of his range that calls here so I think I'm owning myself by betting again.
And if he did flat w Kx, he's unlikely to then turn it into a bluff on the river by jamming when checked to.
Why cant he have Ax hands in his range? Once you check twice his Ax hands should be good and your range has TT-KK excluding JJ because you would bet that. So shoving and hoping to get a call out of those hands makes sense to me.
low Ax that are afraid to 4bet, KJ, good 9s.

I'm always a little hesitant to put villain on such a narrow range but I think in this spot I made the correct play.
My intuition is that flatting NAI 3b with Ax hands would be bad unless villain is 3b a very wide range.
At which point it's probably better to 3b jam anyway.
What sort of villain 3b strategy would make Ax (particularly A7-A2) a flat vs a NAI 3b ?
I think that if your playing a random player in a $15 game that anything is possible so I would suggest you do not try to level yourself in thinking people play correctly. I also do not think people float this board much since you rep Ax hands very well so i would not be that worried I might get bluffed of the best hand.
Most players @ 15s from what I've seen so far play pretty straightforwardly.
I don't think I'm being bluffed here enough to warrant caring about it.
The line is not that confusing in hindsight => he can be flatting a NAI 3b w low Ax type holdings which he doesn't want to 4b jam or fold.
