Facing min-bets from villain oop after a raise preflop

Hi i hope you dont mind that I asked this question also at another forum,I play the 30$+3$ husngs at Ongame but often I get faced with this scenario (for example) : Usually villain is passive. At blinds with 15/30 and effective stack of 1300: I raise to 80 Villain calls: Flop: A3J rainbow. Usually I tend to make a c bet of 110 in this spot but then the opponent just bets 30 into me. If I have an ace of course I raise but having King high or worse I tend to call because I dont know what he has. Because of the odds I nearly have to call with almost any2. They often continue this pattern at the turn and river and quite often they have a decent hand but sometimes also BS it depends on the opponent. I only set up this flop as an example. Of course I raise with top pair, (sometimes) middle pair or an promising draw. But in 2/3 of the time I missed the flop. How do you solve this situation? I read already to see the min-bet as a check but reraising in such a spot with 86 e.g seems to be bad. They do really annoy me because I like to control the potzize ip and also I like to c bet because it is profitable and that I dont get a read on them is this spot seems to be a huge leak from me.I hope you can share some ideas with me. Thank you!
