Personally, I'd c/r flop since there are clubs out there. Failing that, I'd be c/r jamming turn.
I get that you want to trap the guy, but I think, if villain is spewy, a raise might induce also from a bunch of crappy hands. And it's way to dangerous to flat turn with all those draws out there. That goes for any villain.
