It seems most don't advocate for the use of a hud but I believe in super turbos they may come in handy after a long session when your begin to loose concentration. I was wondering if there are any videos on how to set up a heads up HUD on pokertracker3. I found a great one for holdem manager that you can just auto import in 2+2. http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/185/heads-up-sng/super-awesome-hem-hud-free-942181/The best part about the holdem manager hud is you can just import this guys settings. Unfortunately I don't think such a thing works for pokertracker. If no video exists can someone explain what stats would be useful so I may figure out how to make it myself. Thanks all in advance.
I think HUDs are usefull for any Heads Up structure. Using a well setup HUD allows you to focus on your opponent's tactics! My HUD is as follows:Line One: Opponent Name / Number of Hands / Number of BBLine Two: SB VPI$P / SB PFR / BB VPI$P / BB PFRLine Three: 3Bet / Call 3bet / 4bet / Fold to 3betLine Four: Cbet / Call cbet / Raise cbet / Fold to cbet / Donk bet flop / Bet flop (limp pot pre flop) / Fold to flop betLine Five: 2nd barrel / Call 2nd barrel / Raise 2nd Barre/ Fold to 2nd barrel / Donk bet turn / Bet turn / Fold to turn betLine Six: 3 barrel / Call 3rd barrel / Raise 3rd Barrel / Fold to 3rd Barrel / Donk bet river / Bet river / Fold to river bet
I use less number of stats, but it's easier to read if you multitabling.Line 1: SB VPIP / SB PFR/ BB fold to stealLine 2: 3bet / Fold to 3betLine 3: Cbet flop / Fold to flop Cbet / Check-Raise FlopLine 4: agression on each street / % won at Showdown.
Thanks for taking the time to answer guys,Ok so the question is how do I make this HUD in PT3. Are you guys using PT3 or HEM? I have heard in both you can create a different HUD for SB and BB. I think this would help keep things clear. Also since I have never used a HUD in my life before is there a quick guide somewhere as to what these stats and terms mean? I can't believe I have been playing poker this long and don't understand what "voluntary put into pot" means.
I used Holdem manager!Poker Tracker website should have a forum just like this one that should be able to answer every question you have about their product. To be honest, until mersennary did his video I didn't think people still used poker tracker. When I was playing cash games every site I was a member of used Holdem Manager. PaulIB_FishingThought Poker Tracker was Dead
Thanks Paul, Maybe I should make the switch soon here. It sounds like it is the superior tracking system.
Well I can't confirm if Holdem manager is superior or not. I used Poker Tracker and was happy with the product until Holdem Manager came out with a much superior product. Never ever tried Poker Tracker II or III or whatever version is out now.PaulIB_FishingHappy with Holdem Manager until a superior product comes out
