This opponent had been loose preflop and very tight postflop, especially when I had raised. In that situation, he would play FIT OR FOLD. He raised quite a lot from his button in lower blinds and 3B very small sometimes, but he folded plenty in limped pots, even so far in high blinds, that 76s was an easy limp. He cbet 1/2 pot every time he 3B. I hadn't really played back against his 3Bs to this point. I guess with the flush draw on board, he would call with K9 or better. I'm guessing that since (I believe) my preflop play was logical, I do not have another line to take with stacks this short?

You could of folded 67 when

You could of folded 67 when he raised you PF. Not the best hands at those stacks. When you get the flush draw you need to shove at those stack levels. You'll get a good number of folds there and you have good equitity when you are called. You are still almost 40% against AA.
