You guys might remember me getting turned down for rakeback just last month. I followed up with RBP support the other day and got the e-mail today: I am now eligible! Not sure if racking up 25k Full Tilt Points in a month and a half or the fact that I'm really handsome had anything to do with it, but I'm obviously elated.

I just spent the last 2 months wrestling with rakebackpros and full tilt. Maybe someone here will know the answer to this...If your business is rakeback, why would you not be allowed to add players asap when they sign up regardless if you had a previous account?
When I asked RBP this very question their response was: "when we can offer rakeback to you, we will". FTP sent them my info 3 times before they finally set it up. Kind of baffles me...
My experience with RBP was a long one. I joined FTP direct & tried to get RB added after. Then took about 1-2 month to decline me. I emailed FTP & advised I'd be shipping my bankroll to Stars after I'd cleared my bonus, I got rakeback 3 days later!
I suspect that FTP owns rakebackpros. I'm sure they have instructions on how to deal with this stuff, or perhaps they are understaffed.
I'm sure they have instructions...My point is that they aren't really making them known to the public (unless I am completely missing it). They can pick and choose who they allow to get rakeback and in a time frame that is convenient for them. I mean yeah, its their business so they can do whatever they want. It just seems weird that when asked about it they respond so vaguely and like its beyond their control (RBP saying this). They missed out on 1k each month in rake from me. I guess thats not worth a lot in the FTP business world...

What did you guys exactly do to get it? When I first registered at FTP I didn't know anything about rakeback, so don't receive rakeback at FTP. Would be cool to get it.
I guess I will stick to Pokerstars for now
