Hi, maybe it would be good to post other stats to have better idea if villain is passive fish or not, but based on stats given I would say he is on passive side.
So, I think best line is bet/fold. There are many worse hands he will call you with, but imo not many enough worse hands he would check/raise you with.
Sizing: My standard is t90, but I guess t100 is also good :)

If he's passive, I'd go ahead and bet fold. 3x, 25, A2, A5 and random high cards which turned some kind of spade draw will call.
Against a more aggressive player, I'd probably be bet-calling. Pot is just too big to let go of TT.
