But I don't see the need to iso q8s before the flop. It plays great in a small pot, but tends to be dominated when all the chips go in. Sure, iso-jam your pocket pairs, and iso your 45s etc if villain folds way to much. But this hand was misplayed pre IMO.

really ? you never iso this type of hand ? and what about k-8 k-9 or a brodway ?
I would iso QJ+ KT+ AJ+ by default. You want to iso the sorts of hands you would c/r flop with.
