ITRIED2WARNU CONCEPT VIDEO

Just wanted to comment that I really enjoyed this video. Having the PowerPoint Presentation followed by demonstrations in the hand replayer is great in my not so humble opinion! The Power Point Presentation teaches us the theory. I know it is most likely boring for those who already understand the concepts, but it is NOT boring to those of us who are still trying to figure all this stuff out. So please don't get bored and skimp on the presentation.Demonstrating the concepts using the hand replayer brings understanding and clarity to the theory that was taught in the presentation. In my opinion this two prong approach works very, very well.I realize that the demonstration is the more sexier part of the lesson, but remember your students learn in different ways. Going over the theory part is really good for people like me. It gives the guidelines of what to do. It gives me a framework to work form. Then the demonstration brings everything together and either clarifies something I misunderstood during the presentation, verifies that I actually did understand the presentation, or expands and gives more meaning to something that was taught in the presentation. You asked for us to tell what we liked and why,  in a nutshell I really like the format this video was done in.Please keep up the good work!PaulIB_FishingGetting a better understanding of this simple, but complex game

Hey thanks so much Paul.

Hey thanks so much Paul.  I'll definitely keep this feedback in mind when I work on my next concept video (Playing a Maniac).  I appreciate your thoughts and look forward to more of them!  (I hope you don't mind but I'm going to copy and paste your comments into the video part as well, just in case others may not see this thread).Best of luck,

Brent

If you go to the main page

If you go to the main page (or a video) and click comments below the video all of the feedback is usually written there.  It's right below the stars where you rate it.
