Comments from Jossel2008

HAND1: I would not advise the River calll vs most oppponents, since most opponents aren't capable of bluffing in this spot. But Helio TYF is capable of a lot of stuff even I don't fully understand yet so it's better to play unexploititavely vs him.

HAND2: The interesting bit is probably the Flop Call vs his small sizing, but really it's mainly something to ballance my ranges a bit better.

HAND3: Less experienced postflop Players I would advise to shove this preflop, as it's not so easy to play this correctly postflop in a way that will yield more profit than the preflop shove

HAND4: As played is probably max-EV but got no math to confirm that, you could raise Flop, or donk Turn or c/R River.

HAND5: Certainly didn't expect that result :)

HAND6: Bit spewy of him for sure, wouldn't advise this play in his shoes. On the other hand that's always easy to say when you river full houses

Jossel2008:  I left out a small bit so it doesn't reveal my level of thinking :) That being said it's still good advice.

About Helio TYF

Jossel2008: He seems to always look for new, unorthodox, ideas to improve his game. An opponent like that can be pretty intimidating. Any other day he might implement a new strategy that you won't be able to adapt to easily. To beat him, you basically have to be as creative as he is and always improving, otherwise you fall behind.

Last week he won $52,952 after 788 games.

I chat'ted with Johannes on Skype today:

Jossel2008: been playing pretty well

Jossel2008:: not my best but not my worst either

Jossel2008: and made some improvements

Jossel2008:  I didn't include EV graph cause I think EV Graphs tend to be misleading and taken for something they're not

Jossel2008:  it should be obvious though from the winnings graph, that I ran above expectation

------

Jossel2008: Happy to hear that Dan Colman also won a lot because that probably means he won a good bit of chadders0

Jossel2008: and chadders0 needs to lose lots cause he's attempting to move up

Charles Hawk: oh so you wanna prevent it? or is there something personal between you two?

Jossel2008: well I do want to prevent it.

Jossel2008: It's not overly personal it's just my job as a 1k reg imo

Charles Hawk: I just checked chadders0 stats. He had winning week and his most profitable opponent was Dan Colman:)

Jossel2008: oh god

Jossel2008: that's bad news I guess :) at least he lost 11k vs me
