We are out of position, so I wouldn't be donk-leading unless I had a specific read that our opponent was a tight player. Calling on the flop is standard though, for the pot odds offered.
On the river, I think making a play could be viable. There were 2 overcards turn and river and opponent has checked back. You would need to make a big bet though to maximise fold equity. Once again, this is very opponent dependent.
