Can't understand what happened. I lost 10 regular speed games in a row. For sure I didnt play my best, but villains not a stars of poker. Just a nightmare...
Let me guess, you didn't catch any piece of the flops and whatever you got theirs was better.... I know it's frustrating...
I had QQ today. Flop came Q99, i bet, he raised, i reraised, he called (had only like 600 chips or so at this point, less then a PSB anyway), turn came another 9 and he shoved... yeah quads HU while i flop the nuts... sick.
Exactly :)
One guy, who moved up from low buyins to play me, after won 5 games where he completed any draw, wrote in the chat "unbelivable". He was so happy, probably I just doubled his bankroll :)
BTW after I post this thread, I lost 2 more, so my streak reached 12 losses. Won some money back today, but still frustrated.
Happens I guess...
Me too, 10 down... Was analyzing in Holdem Manager what i was doing wrong...
couldnt figure it out... bad luck I guess... Losing a Full House against a Higher one,
A straight against a Higher one, A Flush against a higher one... Losing all ins
to a higher kicker... Few mistakes here and there...
Just went out for a walk with my walkman on, it helps !
Most important is playing your A game, not playing results...
Results are long term... ( Like next life when I will win the W.S.O.P 3009 )
Straight over higher straight is so common on Stars it's not even funny. Always the new player on the site with 10 games seems to have the higher one and puts a bad beat on you. I'm starting to think that shit is rigger and to only play on FTP from now on. At least i get rakeback there.
run into this at the moment , I did realise that sometimes I am just getting beat, but also I know in some cases I have been guilty of playing my hand and not my opponents, no point in in me making a straight with a 45 when my opponent is betting hard to and has the 9t in his range.
Or more often making two pair on a drawing board, or catchinng trips on the turn with a player betting his full house...
