I think this is extremely villain dependant and would take alot of reads to ever even consider making this call. His river jam does look bluffy but I think villain has at least a pair most of the time in this spot, and without reads it just seems an impossible call to me. I think readless you have to fold this as a vast majority of the time you are beat, now and again you might take it down but I think as a readless call this will lose you money in the long run.
