Is this a maniac-call?
This is the first hand, no read at all. Am I doing the right thing here calling with Q-high on a super-missed draw-flush board? The 290 All in just looks SO WEAK in this spot, right? Or is this play -EV in long term?

I think this is extremely

I think this is extremely villain dependant and would take alot of reads to ever even consider making this call. His river jam does look bluffy but I think villain has at least a pair most of the time in this spot, and without reads it just seems an impossible call to me. I think readless you have to fold this as a vast majority of the time you are beat, now and again you might take it down but I think as a readless call this will lose you money in the long run.
