Shoving medium-toprange

A guy was rly weird, and would shove any semi-decent hand (semi-decent = A3 etc, JK , )

He shoved 3 hands in a row in our second match on my raises,  4th hand i get QKs, I think i have about 60% or more equity against us range or more (ax etc flip + some KJ hands etc)

I called.

How wide would you call if a guy just shoves his medium-toprange?

Same situation while im typing:

He limps, i raise with A7, he shoves, i call thinking...well theres Kx/Ax in his range etc. he showes A10 now and well....should i just keep playing like this?

Atm im 6bi down with 6 rematches (won 0 ) and im like...oke how the hell can i do this differently.

Btw ,he's  retarded

he does 0 things except check postflop, 0 things. even when he has a straight.

What should I do ? Just start limping, I assume my edge is bigger when there is postflop play out there?

While im typing this im smashing myself in the head for not playing postflop and just keep on raising, I should have just limped every hand and play postflop since all he did was call/check and never betted himself.  Should give me a bigger edge then 60/40 situations right?
