Standard situation, best play?

Hello,

This is one of the situations I find most difficult to extract value from in HU sit and go's:
You are on the Big Blind, and your opponent just limps in from the button, and you have
a extremely mediocre hand like 76o, J4o etc, and you decide to check your BB. But what is
the best way to play when you hit a huge hand on the flop, like trips or straight? If you bet
out pot they usually fold, and if you decide to slowplay you will never built a pot.. What to do?

Depends however

In those situation, you can not hind your hand. If your opponent limps frequently, you really should try to step many flops right away out. So you might get some action if you have the nuts. Theres not much to say. There are only 2 ways to play floppin nuts in those situation. You check-raise and bet 2 followin streets. Or you bet 3 streets right out. You wanna have as many streets action as you want. So it might be obvious forĀ  your opponent, but just keep bettin forward!
