Turn decision vs passive nitfish 2barrel

I felt like most of my edge vs this guy was coming from simply stealing off him preflop. He wouldn't pay off without a hand and I was giving any raises he made a lot of respect  because he was so nitty so I think any value in larger pots was pretty much netting out.

Notes:

super passive nitfish
transparent bet sizing / value lines
plays draws passively until hits
checks Ax in 3b pot and will fold to multiple barrels ?
strong raising range, even tight end game

only plays ~ 50% of hands IP, and limps most of them

[P] 3x range
[P] min 3b @ 72BB, check to me on QJ5 r call bet, fold to 2barrel on 5 turn => check unconnected in 3b pot?
[P] 3x and fold to jam @ 33BB
[P] flat A9o @ 17BB, c/c K66 tt
[P] limp fold @ 14BB
[P] has flatting range @ 12BB
[P] limp fold @ 8BB
[P] call jam A2o @ 9BB
[P] flat K6o @ 12BB
[P] RC AA @ 8BB

[F] check back T75 r, fold to turn lead on K turn => check back air and fold?
[F] check back T75 tt in limpled pot, raise turn lead on 8 turn, bet 2 river big full pot w nut straight => transparent bet sizing
[F] donk in single raised pot on J87 tt, 2barrel full pot => protects vs draws??

He was only playing a bit less than 50% of hands from the button, and was limping most of them.

Given he doesn't have much complete trash in his button range his 22BB limping range is stronger than the average villain's would be here I think.

So I didn't jam over pre w A2o.

1. Is jamming better?

Flop comes 843 tt, he stabs and I call w my A hi + gutshot.

Gutshot hits on turn but so does the FD on the board and villain 2barrels.

I now have a weak straight w a redraw to a very weak flush, vs a villain who has been pretty passive and nitty so far.

I ship.

2. What do you think the best decision here is? AND why?

Maybe a raise is more

Maybe a raise is more profitable, but vs tight passive guys it is always hard to get it in because they wanna get it in always with the best hand and not with a draw.

Smaller raise is good here.

Smaller raise is good here. If a club hits on the river and he makes a substantial bet, we can fold easily. However, I don't feel this opponent will bluff a club river, so there is still a possibility of check-check and you win with deuce of clubs if the club does come. On the turn, in all probability, a shove is preventing the call from weak 8x, so I think you can get the money in more effectively with a raise to 350 or so.

It says in your notes that

It says in your notes that villain plays draws passively until he hits, so it's less likely that he has a flush. I'd probably raise smaller for value vs his pairs and 2pairs
