I wouldn't know because I'm not the best but I would say you need all of the above except luck. To be philosophical, if you are good you don't need good luck and it would suck to have bad luck. No luck at all for someone who is good means he will prosper. Game selection is another one now that I think about it, if you are geat you will defeat those who are good.
